This quick overview covers the Access Types available at our locations and how to set them up for use.

Gateless, Open Access

When a location is gateless with open entry access, make sure your vehicle is up to date in our system. If decals are needed or if your vehicles need to be parked in a dedicated place, this information will be noted in your customer dashboard.

LPR

License Plate Reader (LPR) technology enhances your fleet parking experience by allowing automatic entry without the need for physical lot passes. The technology matches recognized plates with a pre-registered list of vehicles authorized for entry. If LPR is available at a location, you'll need to set up your vehicle for seamless entry and exit. Here's what you need to know:

Setting Up Your Vehicle for LPR

1. Add Your Vehicle: Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the 'Vehicles' section.
2. Enter Complete Details: Provide all necessary information, including the license plate number, make, model, year, and color of your vehicle.
3. Registration Confirmation: Once registered, the LPR system will automatically recognize your vehicle, allowing easy entry and exit from the parking area.

LPR and Billing

• Billing Integration: The LPR system is directly linked to billing. Accurate vehicle data ensures correct billing based on your parking duration.
• Preventing Discrepancies: Keep your vehicle information up-to-date to avoid any billing discrepancies.

Lot Passes

Some locations require a Lot Pass for entry and exit. These passes should remain in your vehicle at all times. The Lot Pass system monitors and controls access by tracking entries and exits.
